Sixth Form

Welcome to TLET Sixth Form

It is a privilege to welcome you to TLET Sixth Form, with campuses at both Ashlawn and Houlton Schools.

This is an exciting time to join us as our TLET Sixth Form offer grows, bringing together the long‑established success of Ashlawn’s post‑16 provision and the newly opened Houlton campus to create a rich, diverse and high‑quality sixth form experience across our two locations.

With more than 30 courses available across Academic and Vocational pathways, students can tailor their studies to their strengths, interests and future aspirations while benefiting from the unique opportunities available across both campuses.

At the heart of everything we do are high expectations, exceptional teaching and a commitment to helping every student achieve their full potential. Alongside academic success, we place great importance on personal development, ensuring students leave us with the skills, confidence and resilience needed to thrive in higher education, apprenticeships and employment.

We are proud to offer a wealth of enrichment opportunities that enable students to broaden their experiences, develop leadership skills and contribute positively to their communities. Through initiatives such as our Pay It Forward programme, students can engage in volunteering and mentoring opportunities that build character and strengthen their sense of social responsibility.

Our thriving alumni network also plays an important role in sixth form life, with former students returning regularly to share their experiences, provide guidance and inspire the next generation through mentoring, workshops and careers events.

We look forward to welcoming you and supporting you as you take the next exciting step in your educational journey.
